♡ How many revisions?

     • Big revisions can be made but only in the beginning (while sketching).
     • Further (smaller) adjustments can be made when I send you WIPs for feedback.}


♡ When do I get updates?
     _{• I will contact you once I start working on the commission and send you a sketch soon after.
     • I will keep you updated but feel free to ask for WIPs :)}


♡ How long for the delivery?
     _{• Depends on commission. After I start sketching usually between 1 and 4 weeks.

     • full body elaborate fantasy or sci-fi outfit (designs with some elaborate parts like armor or mechanical ok!)

Terms of Service

General

1. Payment 100% upfront (via Paypal)2. Purchase of digital goods
    • By commissioning me you are purchasing original artwork in digital format (you will not receive a physical print).3. Ownership & credit
    • I own all the rights to any artwork I create (I can use it in digital or physical format in any way, such as posting it online, selling it in digital or physical format such as merch, print, stickers, books, etc.).
    • You may not alter or edit my artwork (exceptions may apply if an agreement is reached, such as some uses within the commercial use license).
    • The work might be signed, have my social media handle (@_miaru) or a copyright (© miaru)4.A Personal use
    • Unless you pay for a commercial fee, you may not use the artwork in the context of a business, profitable platform or any kind of income or sales oriented purpose
    • You can share commissioned art online on a personal account or personal use platform, whenever the work is posted online please credit me as the artist.
    • You may print and create items with the purchased artwork as long as it is for your personal use only.5. Artstyle
    • The artwork will be in my personal style (which might be subject to changes).6. NSFW
    • If you commission NSFW artwork you declare you are 18+7. Cancelation

Feedback, WIPS

    • Feel free to ask for WIPs!
    • Be sure to provide clear references/description and honest feedback
    • Feedback is appreciated! I want you to be happy with the end result <3during sketching
    • the biggest revisions and changes must be made during sketching
    • 2 rough sketches can be included in base price, depending on the commission (more sketches can cost extra)after sketch has been approved
    • I will accept small changes such as adding or adjusting simple details
    • I can refuse bigger changes or charge extra for them


Delivery

    • Deadlines can be set but I need to accept them in advance.
    • After I start sketching it usually takes 1 - 8 weeks to deliver your commission (depending on complexity of commission, if there are other commissions before yours, etc.)
    • If you want something ASAP you can pay a rush/priority fee (might not be possible if I already have more deadlines)


Payment & refunds

Payment

    • Character design (creating an original character from your description / references)
    • Tight deadline (rush/priority fee)
    • extra sketch (2 rough sketches included in base price for all options, 3rd sketch may cost more)
    • etc.Refunds
    • Please be sure about commission before payment! When requesting a refund you will be feed for the cancelation! If you request a refund before sketching I will take a 25% cancelation fee. After I start working on the commission the refunded amount depends on how much time/work has already been put into the commission (refund of 50% to 75%).
    • No refunds after sketching.
    • If you change your mind about the type of rendering (color or black & white) or framing (bust, full body, etc.) after commission has been paid, an agreement can be reached for refunding the difference (please be sure of the rendering and framing you want when you make the request because if it is a big change and I already started working on the commission I wont be able to refund difference or it might cost more!)
    • No refunds if request is ambiguous or unclear (please be specific about details that are important to you).
    • Full refunds will only be given in the exceptional case that I am unable to work on your commission by my own fault or over 3 months have passed (since you paid your invoice) without me starting to work on the commission.

Commercial use    • For the rights to use any of my artwork (commissioned or not) in the context of a business, profitable platform or any kind of income or sales oriented purpose, an agreement needs to be reached first.    • Commercial use rights are priced 150% - 300% the base price of a personal commission, price will vary depending on desired work and its purposes.    • Purchasing the license of commercial use of one of my artworks does not include the right to claim that artwork as your own. No matter what it is intended for, you still have to credit me for the art and cannot claim it as your own creation.    • Purchasing the license of commercial use of one of my artworks does not mean exclusive rights to the artworks. I am the owner of the artwork and therefore can use it for anything (unless you specify wanting exclusive right to the artwork and an agreement is reached).    • Once you have purchased the commercial use of the artwork, every time you advertise a product (online or in a physical location) that features said artwork (commissioned or not), there should be credit to me as the artist by including my name ("Miaru"), my twitter handle (@_miaru) or a link to any one of my social media platforms that you can find here: https://linktr.ee/miaru.
